All orders will incur a $5.00 USD handling fee.

Action Products warrants its standard line of operating room pads and positioners  for two years for defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase with the exception of products that are obsolete, misused, abused, altered, damaged, specialty or custom manufactured.

Disposable items, Adaptive pads (flat, cube and pebble pads), Commode pads, Wheelchair Cushion Covers and Ancillary items are warranted to be free of defective materials and workmanship at the time of initial purchase only. 

Wheelchair Cushions and HME Mattress Overlays, not utilizing cube or pebbled pad technology, are warranted for 5 years.

Wheelchair Cushions, utilizing cube or pebbled pad technology, are warranted for 2 years. 


  • No returns after 30 days
  • Product damaged by misuse or abuse will not be accepted for return
  • A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returned products
  • Custom manufactured product may not be returned

Returns Procedure:

  • Call the customer service department 1-800-228-7763 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number
  • Carefully pack the product(s) using original packaging materials (if possible). Enclose the original packing list or a letter with details, contact information i.e., name, address & daytime phone number, online order number, email address
  • Return product(s) to the address below
  • All product(s) must be returned shipping charges prepaid, C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused

If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund that will appear on your credit card billing statement.
