The ACTION line of products features our proprietary dry viscoelastic material, AKTON polymer. Specifically formulated in 1969 to combat pressure, shear, heat, and humidity related to skin breakdown and the development of pressure injuries or bed sores. ATKON polymer does not leak or flow. It does not support bacterial growth and never requires kneading or pumps to remain effective.
