The Xact® Lite wheelchair cushion weighs only 3.2 lbs. and offers the active user a comfortable, pressure reducing, anti-shearing experience. The uniquely textured Akton® polymer overlay is sealed atop a lightly contoured multi-layered foam base that promotes therapeutic positioning and comfort. The lightweight, low-profile wheelchair cushion design is geared toward the active, mobile user who can self-propel and transfers regularly. The Xact® Lite wheelchair cushion is fully laminated and is incontinent. The Xact® Lite is sold with an XACT® Body Smart® Cover. XACT® Lite Body Smart® replacement covers can be purchased separately. XACT® Lite Body Smart® Cover
The Body Smart® cover for the XACT® Lite wheelchair cushion is designed to assist in the proper alignment and positioning of the wheelchair user. The ischial area features a breathable, 4-way stretch, double-fabric panel to combat the negative effects of shearing and provide support. The front panel utilizes a fabric that grips across the pommel and into the leg channel to help maintain hip position and encourage stability. Reinforced front corners enhance durability and large mated hook and loop at the base of the XACT® Lite cover ensures the wheelchair cushion remains in place on the chair.
