The Shear Smart® Pad combines the Cube Pad with a breathable, multi-layer SHEAR SMART cover. The cover reduces the negative effects of shear forces while providing user comfort and the cube construction of the polymer pad allows air circulation, helps dissipate heat and provides cushioning from mild impact. The SHEAR SMART® Pad is sold with the SHEAR SMART Cover. Replacement SHEAR SMART Covers can be purchased separately.

The Shear Smart® Cover, designed for the Action® Adaptive Cube Pad, features a breathable, double layer of low shear nylon and polyester material that glides easily over itself to reduce negative shearing effects. The non-slip cover bottom is a PVC-coated polyester. The Shear Smart® Cover has a wide opening with a 1” pull ring zipper for easy removal of the Action® Adaptive Cube Pad. Replacement covers for the Shear Smart Pad® are also available for purchase.
