Description

This Basic Cover fits Action® Adaptive Flat Pad in 1/2″ and 5/8″ thickness and Adaptive Pebble pads in 1/2″ and 1″ thicknesses only. The Basic Cover is constructed of a durable, double-knit black ponte fabric combined with a DEHP/ Phthalate free, PVC-coated polyester non-slip bottom with 1″ durable nylon web handle. The Basic Cover features a wide opening with a 1″ ring pull zipper for easy removal and replacement of the Action® Wheelchair Cushion. It is CAL133 approved, machine washable and tumble dry. No cover is available for the Adaptive Flat and the Adaptive Pebble in a 1/4″ thickness.
