Shipping
All website orders are shipped UPS Ground, free of charge. (Except OR accessories)
If you need special shipping arrangements, please contact Customer Service.
Handling
All orders will incur a $5.00 USD handling fee.
Returns
- No returns after 30 days
- Product damaged by misuse or abuse will not be accepted for return
- A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returned products
- Custom manufactured product may not be returned
- Call the customer service department 1-800-228-7763 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number
- Carefully pack the product(s) using original packaging materials (if possible). Enclose the original packing list or a letter with details, contact information i.e., name, address & daytime phone number, online order number, email address
- Return product(s) to the address below
- All product(s) must be returned shipping charges prepaid, C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused
